E60M - Full Welded Ball Valve.

Fully Welded Ball Valves are commonly used in Natural Gas and Crude Oil pipelines, in underground and above ground installations. They are available in compliance with API 6D QSL-2 and higher quality levels upon request, including being Safety Integrity Level (SIL) certified.

Advastas supply fully welded ball valves manufactured from forged construction with housing components welded together, eliminating the need for sealing elements. The stem housing is bolted, to provide access to the stem seals for maintenance. Inspection and maintenance of such valves may be executed on live lines.

A wide range of materials is available; Carbon steel, LTCS, stainless steel (304/316/347), 22%Cr DSS, 25%Cr SDSS, 6Mo and Nimonics (e.g. Alloy 825 & 625). Project specification compliance for materials and testing, including NACE MR-01-75 / ISO 1556, is available where required.
